The details
Shipping
Orders from $99 ship free. Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking link comes by email the day it leaves.
Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days. The product page and your bag show an estimated date before you pay.
Returns
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send a lamp back. Write to us first so we can send the return address, then pack the lamp in its box.
The refund goes back to the way you paid once the lamp reaches us.
Damaged or loose parts
If something arrives broken or a panel works loose, send us a photo and we’ll ship a replacement part or a new lamp.
Warranty
The LED and driver inside each lamp are covered for one year from delivery.
